Course outcomes

The programme is about growing you as an individual and increasing your capacity for high quality middle leadership. Woven throughout will be practical approaches that will give you confidence to step up into new roles. You will also begin using some of these new skills through the Practitioner-led Research project which is a key component of the programme helping you to be a more reflective practitioner, put your learning into practice in school and also develop your presentation skills.
